At Temvani, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- Include proof of purchase or order information.
Before returning any item, please contact us at temvani@outlook.com. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at temvani@outlook.com.
Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These may include:
- Used or opened personal-use products.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Gift cards.
- Items specifically marked as final sale.

Return Shipping
If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will provide appropriate return instructions.
For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
